I’ve used an array of cool colors in varying shades of purples and blues, with soft warm undertones of taupe to accent the inviting-ness of the scene. Sparkling lights from the buildings and bridge contrast sharply to the calming colors of the city, and sparkly gently in the calm waters of NY Harbor.
